Electro Dermal Screening: In the 1950s Doctor Reinhold
Voll, a German biophysicist, discovered a way to measure the energy level of
'bio' points (the
life-energy points used in
acupuncture) with an electrical device. Through these
electro-dermal screening (EDS) measurements he could:
- Screen the energy levels of the organs in the body Identify
toxic substances, food intolerances and microbes that affect the body’s
functioning
- Screen the vitamin and mineral profile
- More importantly, he also discovered that through these same
acupuncture 'bio' points, the effects of toxic chemicals and microbes could be
minimised and corrective remedies could be identified.
Since the initial conception of electro dermal screening (eds)
by Dr Reinhart Voll in the 1940’s, this health screening technique has
undergone considerable refinement and development, culminating in today’s
highly effective BEST System.
The
BEST (Bio
Energetic Stress Test) System is a sophisticated health screening
instrument combining 21st century technology and acupuncture principles. It is
capable of performing comprehensive health screening tests.
The equipment works by monitoring a natural energetic reaction
within a person being screened. If they are sensitive to, depleted in, toxic
with or would benefit from a substance then electrical changes occur within
acupuncture points when those substances are placed near them
The BEST system works by simulating the energetic presence of a
particular substance and monitoring the subsequent changes in the electrical
characteristics of acupuncture points. From the response, which is graphically
displayed on the computer, the practitioner can readily determine the
individual's reaction to that substance. This is known as electro-dermal
