To understand this article the reader must be familiar with the concept of Kinesiology (Muscle Response Testing). A separate article accompanies this one to clarify the concept of Muscle Response Testing. Also, the reader should have a basic understanding of the concept of Neural Therapy and some knowledge of the acupuncture meridian system.

A new method of Neural Therapy is proposed. It involves topical application of Procaine to the affected areas. About 20 years ago we first experimented with scars and by muscle testing found that all, or practically all, untreated scars tested "Weak", (meaning that there was a blockage of "energy flow"). After the topical application of Procaine the scars immediately tested Strong (energy flow was restored). Most of the time this phenomenon would "last", but sometimes would revert back to W within several months time period. This same phenomenon happens to scars that have been "injected", and/or have had laser, electro-block or essential oil treatment.

After a period of years, we postulated that possibly adding DMSO to the Procaine might carry the Procaine to deeper tissue and give better results. Indeed, that is what we found. In 1996, we decided to add DMPS to the mix, which improved results. (DMPS is a chemical substance that is generally used as an IV infusion specifically to detox heavy metals.) It is postulated that heavy metals tend to accumulate on the scar tissue because of the energy blockage.

The initiating idea for using Procaine topically came as a result of the seminar given by Professor Doctor Joachim Gleditch, in which he showed the use of Procaine "Quaddles" (drops) injected to specific acupuncture points in the mouth to treat problems that existed elsewhere in the body. His methods were not well accepted by my patients, so we reasoned that since the mouth tissues were so absorbent perhaps topical application would work as well. This seems to be the case; and this lead eventually to the method we use now.

The following is an account of how we examine a typical patient and how we monitor the beneficial changes that take place.

The first thing we do is go to the "Heart" reflex (contact Reflex Analysis by Dick Versendaal D.C.) and take a "monitor" number by MRT. We will usually find this monitor number to be a range from 1000 to 40,000, most often in the 5-20,000 range. Therefore, we count by 1000"s to whatever. Let’s say the patients’ arm goes "W" at 5,000 – the ideal heart "monitor" number should be "12". This is telling us that this person’s heart is using up 5,000 units of energy to run the body—when in fact it should be using only 12 units. Therefore there is much less energy for the body to utilize for digestion, brain function, healing etc. Now let’s find out how we can reduce that 5,000 down to 12.

What we have found is that clothing made of artificial fiber, jewelry, battery driven watches, metal eye glass frames, keys, knives; coins and especially cell phones all will drive the heart monitor up—therefore these things should be changed or eliminated whenever possible. As we eliminate these the heart monitor number comes down. As an example, from 5,000 to 3,500 or 4,000 (depending on the case) upon elimination of the afore-mentioned articles.

Now we check the patient for any "subluxations" of the joints of the body, including the temporo-mandibular joints. Most often the pelvis is subluxated, as well as the hands and other joints. A simple method of self-correction (by the patient his/her self) is accomplished—and the Heart monitor is seen to come down more e.g. to 2,500.

At this point we check for Heavy Metal contamination in the body via a special reflex using the back of the hand held about one inch above the crown of the head. We take a "monitor" (count by 10,000) of this by MRT—the average individual will be 200,000, or so, but we have seen any number, with the highest reading we have found to be over 5 million. Now we check the ganglia of the head and these test "W", meaning that they are contaminated with heavy metals, especially mercury. Next we check for "body torque" - this is usually "W"; then we check "cranials"-"W"; then "occlusion" –"W" (all via MRT). The cranial respiratory rate can be checked by MRT and is usually found in a range of 3-6. We also check the mouth areas for cavitations, scars, and root canal teeth. Scars of all kind elsewhere on the body are noted—these may include ear-ring scars, tonsil scars, vaccination scars, belly button, epesiotomy, circumcision, tattoos, operations of any kind, including plastic surgery, cuts, scrapes etc.etc.etc.

At this point we treat the patient with our solution mixture of Procaine/DMSO/DMPS (PDD) by topical application on a 2x2 gauze sponge. We start by washing down the forehead, face, neck, ears (acupuncture reflex points), the hands and fingers, (master acupuncture points), the arms, chest, abdomen, groin, back and kidneys, knees, (frequently scarred from childhood traumas), the toes (master acupuncture points), bottoms of the feet (reflex areas)- basically everything that is skin. Most of this is done by the patient privately in the bathroom and will take from 5-10 minutes.

When the patient returns we re-check all the "W" areas. The occlusion now tests "S"; the cranials now test "S" and the cranial respiratory rate is now "12" (ideal); the body torque tests "S"; the ganglia test "S"; the heavy metal monitor tests "0" i.e. "S". The heart monitor now tests to 12 (ideal)!

Why the change? By logical deductive reasoning we believe that we have eliminated the "abnormal electrical effects of the heavy metals", because if we then test to "presence of the heavy metals", we again find "W"eakness. In other words, the heavy metals are still present in the cells of the body, but we have neutralized the distorted electrical effects. We have discovered clinically that if the heavy metals within the cells are not removed, the pathological electrical effects return after several months time.

The patient usually feels more calm and relaxed, and has a feeling of "well-being" that lasts for several days.

At this point, we test to determine what food supplements the patient needs for general support and what they need for detoxification of the heavy metals. We also can determine the length of time for the detox program; the length of time to be on the detox program before we start Dental Restoration; and the length of time between quadrants restoration. The proper sequence of treating the quadrants had been determined earlier using the electrical ammeter testing, but could be done by MRT also, if so desired.

When removing non-bio-compatible restorations, especially mercury amalgam, if we test the tooth first, we find it will be "W". After removing the filling from the tooth, we find that the tooth still tests "W". After application of our P/D/D mixture to the tooth preparation for one second, the tooth now tests "S" – and everything tied to that meridian now tests "S". Therefore we have energized that whole meridian and helped restore the electro magnetic flow (or "Life Force") to the body.

If the patient has existing root canal treatment and we MRT these teeth, some will test "W", but not all. After application of P/D/D mixture to the buccal and lingual mucosa over a root canal tooth that tested "W", it will now test "S" – and this effect will last. This indicates that the root canal is now "OK" – that it is now biocompatible and therefore need not be extracted. This effect will last if the patient gets rid of the mercury from his/her teeth as well as his/her body.

When we do root canals, after normal cleaning and flushing, we will flush the canal with P/D/D and fill it with Biocalex. These teeth test very "S". Similarly, cavitations at first test "W", but after application of P/D/D they test "S". We reason that the cavitation is present because at the time of the original extraction there apparently was not enough "electro-magnetic energy" going to the area to "heal". By application of P/D/D to the area we are re-energizing the tissues and allowing healing to take place; by application of P/D/D to the whole body as previously described, we are restoring what was a fragmented electrical system to one that is now more coherent and more complete, resulting in much more healing energy to the whole body. This is very powerful! This seems so, because we have been seeing such wonderful, almost predictable results with this new technology.

We have had occasion to see patients that have had their non-biocompatible restorations removed sometime ago, but many stated that they didn’t feel any better. We tested them by MRT and found that all the restored teeth tested "W". After P/D/D topical application to these teeth they then tested "S". We also found that these people needed heavy metal detoxification as well.

It appears that the topical application of P/D/D, as described in this paper, jump starts the body’s healing process by eliminating the energy drainages, allowing the body to heal itself.

The ingredients in our solution are all Pharmaceutical grade. The proportions are:

This information is being shared to provide another perspective on healing and help alleviate health issues which have not responded to conventional therapy.

In 1983, we found that soy tested "W" (by MRTesting) for all Caucasian people and reduced their electro-magnetic Life Force. However soy tested "S" for oriental people. Dr Yoshiaki Omura did research several years ago on cilantro and showed that cilantro will detox mercury from human brains. Knowing about the soy phenomenon made me think that possibly Italian parsley may react similarly. MRT showed that Italian parsley was twice as effective to detox mercury as was cilantro for most Caucasian people. Tincture of Italian parsley has been part of our detox protocol for several years.

About one year ago, we found by MRT, that tincture of oregano also was a great detoxifier for mercury and that it was even more effective than parsley. Following that discovery, rosemary was found to be far more effective than the other two.

We decided to add all three to our PDD mix since each herb address’ different parts of the body in differing ways (MRT).

We have found our "full body wash" to be even more effective with these new additions. What’s more, the mix now smells much better and patients feel truly refreshed after accomplishing the "wash".

Proportionally, we add two parts of each herbal tincture to our PDD mix. We now call our mix PDD+.

After researching Hydrogen Peroxide therapies, and after MRTesting its efficacy, 3% H2O2 was added to our mix to provide oxygen. After evaluating MRTest results and clinical observation, it was our opinion that addition of H2O2 was beneficial to the detoxification protocol.

The proportions of the herbal tinctures and the H2O2 is "two parts" of each one. The recommended formula is:

For the last 6 months or so, we have been MRTesting the extent (limit) of peoples’ Aura emanating from their body and what affect various foods, nutrients, dental materials, etc. have on the Aura. This method has been very revealing. In general, anything that is "real" food will increase the Aura e.g. steak, potatoes, fresh vegetables etc.; anything that is adulterated or treated e.g. potato chips, corn chips, Cheetos, Doritos, Pringles, snickers bar, Fritos etc. will decrease the Aura. Synthetic vitamin supplements will decrease the Aura. Supplements made of food will increase the Aura. Synthetic clothing will decrease the Aura, while natural fiber clothing will increase the Aura. For example, if my Aura is measured at 5 feet, and I hold Catalyn ® (Standard Process Inc. whole food multiple vitamin) my Aura will increase to 20 ft; a four fold increase. If I hold Centrum (multiple vitamin), my Aura decreases to 20 inches. This in essence means that Centrum is taking away my electro-magnetic life force; in essence Centrum is making me die slowly.

This basic idea was brought out in our first paper "Neural Therapy Without Needles". The actual measurement (by MRT) of the extent of the Aura emphasizes and makes much more clear the impact so many different things have on our health.

Let us consider the impact that mercury fillings have on the human body. If I hold the equivalent of one MOD amalgam in my hands, my Aura will decrease from five feet to twenty-nine inches. The vapor that comes off this filling will put my Aura at twenty inches. Let us say that I have ten of these MOD amalgams in my mouth, then my Aura decreases to five inches and the vapor further reduces my Aura to two inches! This effect is present 24/7.

If I hold a medication, e.g. Coumadin, in my hand, then my Aura decreases to 26 inches; Pravachol (a Cholesterol lowering drug) reduces my Aura to 29 inches; Crestor (the newest Cholesterol drug) reduces my Aura to 15 inches; Viagra leaves my Aura at five feet, while Levitra reduces it to 20 inches, etc. Premarin will reduce women’s Aura from five feet to 14 inches; Provera to 14 inches; also Premarin and Provera given together, which is how it is mostly prescribed, reduces the Aura to 10 inches. The big hormone replacement study using Premarin and Provera had to be stopped because of all the cancers that were being caused. Is it any wonder?

Can you imagine what the extent of the Aura is likely to be for people who are taking multiple medications? Couple these facts with the impact that mercury fillings have on the human body, along with make-believe foods, along with artificial fibers, along with most cosmetics, along with pesticides and insecticides, etc. ad infinitum, is it any wonder that the health of the American people is so poor!

When we apply the above method to evaluating our mix for the Neural Therapy wash, this is what we find. If the Aura is at 5 feet, then the separate application of:

Combine all of them (DMPS included) in the proportions given in previous papers puts the Aura at 20 feet. However eliminating DMPS from the combination bumps the Aura up to 30 feet from 5 feet. That’s pretty remarkable! – Therefore we have eliminated DMPS from our wash solution because of this fact.

This increase in the "body energy", coupled with the nullification by our mix of the 13 or more electro-magnetic frequencies of mercury, allows the body to heal itself.

This approach to treatment that has been talked about in these writings has allowed our patients to become "well," i.e. totally detoxed within 3-6 mo. time, not 3-6 years. How we demonstrate this (via MRT) to be true will be discussed in a following paper.
